
Hi. My name’s Maxim. I provide compassionate support to individuals and couples as they journey through the challenges of complex developmental trauma. My clients often experience overwhelming anxiety, stress, shame, guilt, and a negative self-image. I understand the deep sense of isolation they may feel, the difficulty in trusting others, and the profound impact of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) on their lives. Hi, I’m Max. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or no longer like themselves — often due to past experiences, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, shame, stress, and a negative self-image. They find it hard to trust, feel secure in relationships, or understand why they keep repeating the same patterns.I understand this both professionally and personally. I moved to Canada myself and had to rebuild my life in a new country. I know how external change doesn’t always lead to internal change.In our work, we go beyond just talking. We focus on understanding your patterns, regulating your reactions, and helping you rebuild self-trust so you can feel more stable, connected, and like yourself again.
